MY heart
With a compassionate heart and a deep passion for nature, wellbeing, and whole-body health, I support people of all ages to find balance, connection, and joy in their lives. Inspired by my love for nature and slow living, I created Wild Hearts Belong — a name that holds deep meaning for my family and reflects everything we value. (It even carries the initials of our son!)
I’m a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training in functional breathwork, and I’m currently pursuing Naturopathic studies, deepening my knowledge in nutrition and herbal medicine — two of my greatest passions.
From a young age, I’ve been guided by my empathetic heart — I became a vegetarian at eight, motivated by my affinity and love for animals and the nature. I have returned to that connection through slow, seasonal living with my family, where nature is at the heart of what we do.
Some of our happiest moments are spent wandering the woods, foraging in forests, and stomping across hills together. You’ll often find us nibbling on hawthorn leaves or spotting edible treasures hidden in hedgerows! Cooking is another joy, especially when we can incorporate wild ingredients into our vibrant, nourishing meals.
When I’m not exploring the outdoors or creating in the kitchen, I love art, photography, music, and bending and drinking tea—often enjoyed while watching the birds in the garden with my cat on my lap.
My purpose is to help you connect more deeply with yourself, your body, and nature, and to explore how slow, intentional living and natural wellness can support your health, vitality, and wellbeing.
