These programmes include nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle education to empower your health.
Walks with Purpose is slow, seasonal walks that invite families and individuals to move more gently, notice more deeply, and reconnect with nature through the changing seasons.
Walking through the landscape creates space — to breathe, to observe, to learn, to connect with nature - and it is one of my favourite ways to stay well in this modern world!
My work is informed by a background in yoga, healing diets, and ongoing training in naturopathic nutrition and herbal medicine, alongside many years of living with curiosity and awareness of the land.
These threads are woven gently into everything I do — as ways of listening more carefully to nature’s rhythms and our own.
Wild Hearts Belong is the name we hold close as a family — a reflection of our values, our love of the outdoors, and a shared love of living slowly and seasonally.
Much of our life is spent walking, cooking with wild ingredients, and learning directly from the wild places we call home.
